Cowboy Style Sliders
Yield: 12 Sliders

2 LBS. GROUND CHUCK
2 TBS LOG CABIN GRUB-ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
1 TBS. COARSE GROUND PEPPER
1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
12 FRESH BISCUITS OR MINI HAMBURGER BUNS
1 1/4 CUP KETCHUP
1 CUP MAYONNAISE
3 TBS OLD MULE BBQ-MARINADE DIPPING SAUCE
6 SLICES OF CHEESE

Prepare A Grill To Medium High Heat. In A Large Mixing Bowl, Combine The Ground Chuck, Log Cabin-All Purpose Seasoning And Pepper, brown sugar, 1/4 cup of the Ketchup and 3 TBS Old Mule BBQ-Marinade Dipping Sauce. Blend Thoroughly Using Your Hands. Divide The Mixed Ground Chuck Into 12 Patties Making Sure They Are Compacted And Firm. Place The Patties On The Grill And Cook For 7-8 Minutes On Each Side Or Until Done. Place a spoonful of mayonnaise and ketchup on each bun and top with the sliced cheese. Serve warm.
